Swiss International Airlines’s Sleek First Class
Swiss International Airlines’s new Boeing 777-300ER fleet is something to behold. Designed by Priestmangoode, a brand consultancy and design firm out of Britain, the business class seats and first class cabins are designed in a sleek, cool, elegant style. Rich asphalt grey interiors are accented by brushed steel and light pine. The elegant motif feels simultaneously ultramodern and classic.
Business class is arranged in spacious cubicles designed for comfort and productivity. First class is given fully lie-flat beds, a 32-inch personal flat screen tv, and comes with a retractable partition for total privacy, similar to train cars. Priestmangoode is also working with United Airlines in the redesign of their cabins, and other American airline companies are falling suit.
